Russia lists Transneft, UGC, Rosseti, RusHydro for sale until 2023

MOSCOW, Sep 30 (PRIME) – A federal property privatization plan for 2020–2022 includes RusHydro, Sovcomflot, Transneft, Rostelecom, Rosseti and United Grain Company (UGC), according to a draft budget seen by PRIME on Monday.

The government will decide on the terms and the way of privatization depending on the market situation, and recommendations of leading investment consultants.

“In case of absence of a Russian Federation government’s decision to sell stakes of the largest companies in 2020–2022, no funds from the sale of the stakes of the companies are forecast to be received,” the document read.
